My Account

Accessing Your Account

To access your “My Account” page, click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of any page on our website. You’ll need to be logged in to view your account details.

Dashboard

Upon visiting “My Account” without logging in, you’ll be greeted with options to either login or recover a lost password.

Once logged in, you will be redirected to the User Dashboard, presenting you with quick links to various sections, including your order history, downloadable products, account details, and more, making navigation a breeze.

 

Orders

The “Orders” section is your go-to spot for all order-related information. Here, you can glance at your order history, including details like order number, date, status, total, and available actions for each order.

For a deeper dive into any order, simply click on the order number or the “View” button.

Downloads

If you’ve purchased downloadable products, the “Downloads” section lists everything you need to know – from product names to download expiry dates, along with a direct link to download your files.

Addresses

Keep your billing and shipping addresses up to date in the “Addresses” section. A quick edit lets you modify your details to ensure that your billing processes and product shipments are as smooth as possible.

Payment Methods

The “Payment Methods” section provides a secure place to view and manage your saved credit card information, thanks to our integration with supported payment gateways.

Account Details

Personalize your 3Dgigs experience in the “Account Details” section. Update your name, display name (how it appears in account sections and reviews), and even your account password here.

Logout

When you’re done, the “Logout” link securely signs you out of your account, reverting the “My Account” page to its login state, ready for your next visit.
