Welcome to 3DGigs, a platform operated by AZ Technologies LLC.
3DGigs is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent makers offering custom 3D modeling, prototyping, and manufacturing services.

3DGigs does not manufacture, own, or ship products. We provide the infrastructure to facilitate discovery, communication, payments, and project workflows between users.

2. Definitions

  • “3DGigs”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to AZ Technologies LLC and its platform.
  • “User” refers to any individual or entity using the platform.
  • “Buyer” refers to a user seeking products or services.
  • “Maker” refers to an independent seller offering products or services.
  • “Project” refers to a custom request submitted by a buyer.
  • “Content” includes designs, models, files, text, images, and other materials uploaded by users.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use 3DGigs.
  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to circumvent platform safeguards.

4. Accounts and Registration

  • Account registration is required to access certain features.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
  • 3DGigs may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Marketplace Role & Disclaimer

  • 3DGigs acts solely as an intermediary.
  • All transactions occur directly between Buyers and Makers.
  • 3DGigs is not a party to any manufacturing, fulfillment, or design agreement.

6. Products, Projects, and Fulfillment

  • Makers are fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and delivery of their products or services.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and requirements.
  • Production timelines, materials, and outcomes may vary based on project scope.

7. Payments, Fees, and Commissions

  • Payments are processed through the 3DGigs platform.
  • 3DGigs may collect platform fees or commissions, disclosed at checkout or via subscription terms.
  • Makers may request withdrawals subject to platform policies and dispute holds.

8. Deposits, Milestones, and Payment Structure

For Buyers
  • Some projects or products may require deposits or milestone payments.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation.
For Makers
  • Makers must clearly communicate payment terms before accepting orders.
  • Makers may not request off-platform payments.

9. Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Buyer accounts are currently free.
  • Makers may be required to subscribe to sell on the platform.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Customized or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds and returns are governed by the Maker’s stated policies.
  • 3DGigs may assist with dispute mediation but does not guarantee outcomes.

11. Shipping

  • Shipping is handled entirely by Makers.
  • 3DGigs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

12. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Maker Rights

  • Makers retain full ownership of all original designs, models, files, and products they create.
  • Uploading content to 3DGigs does not transfer ownership to 3DGigs.
  • Makers grant 3DGigs a limited, non-exclusive license to display content solely for platform operation, marketing, and discovery.

Buyer Content

  • Buyers retain ownership of ideas and reference materials they submit.
  • Buyers grant Makers the right to use submitted materials solely to fulfill the agreed project.

Platform IP

  • 3DGigs branding, platform software, and infrastructure are owned by AZ Technologies LLC.

13. Disputes and Resolution

  • Users agree to attempt resolution in good faith.
  • 3DGigs may facilitate neutral mediation.
  • Dispute-related fees may apply.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • 3DGigs provides services “as is.”
  • We are not liable for manufacturing defects, project outcomes, or user conduct.
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to 3DGigs for the relevant transaction.

15. Modifications to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
